Amandari (meaning peaceful spirits) is located in the village of Kedewatan, on the fringe of Bali’s cultural capital, Ubud. Perched on an escarpment high above the winding Ayung River gorge, this resort follows the design of a traditional Balinese village. Pebbled walkways link the thatched-roof suites, each of which has its own walled garden.
