This tailored made itinerary to Thailand has all the details to explore and enjoy the essence of the destination. Travellers would appreciate all the experiences during their stay in the Thailand Kingdom. Our program start in Bangkok and then goes to Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. Travellers can continue the trip to one of the incredible beaches of Thailand.

Day 01

Arrival to Bangkok and meet with the Spanish-speaking guide and private transfer to the hotel.

Start tour with a private traditional Thai boat ride, in the company of our Spanish-speaking guide.

We will cross the Chao Phraya River, the backbone of Bangkok, and its canals where numerous temples and pagodas dot the city on both sides of the river. Among them, the Royal Palace and the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun) stand out, whose silhouette of spiers up to almost eighty meters high, makes it the most recognizable symbol of the capital.

We will continue our tour of the canals to a less travelled area, where time seems to stand still, Kudi Chin, located in the Thon Buri neighbourhood founded by the Portuguese after the fall of Ayutthaya, with narrow alleys and winding houses that comprise an authentic neighbourhood. Thai with Portuguese influence.  On our walk we will see the Church of Santa Cruz, a place that allowed to preserve European traditions in a small corner of Bangkok.

Day 02

Today travellers will enjoy a private full day tour with a Spanish-speaking guide.

They will visited three of the most unusual Buddhist temples starting with Wat Traimit. Located at the edge of Chinatown, on Yaowarat Road, near the Hualampong Railway Station, Wat Traimit houses the world’s largest solid gold Buddha, standing nearly five meters tall and weighing five and a half tons.

The private tour will then continue to Wat Pho, the largest temple in Bangkok that boasts a huge reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings. This is located behind the Buddha Temple. It is one of the largest temples in the city and famous for its gigantic reclining Buddha which is 46 meters long and covered in gold.

Continue visit the Royal Palace, which is undoubtedly the most famous monument in the city. Built in 1782, and for 150 years the home of the King of Thailand, the royal court and the administrative seat of government. The Grand Palace in Bangkok is an ancient building that continues to impress visitors with its beautiful architecture and details. Within the complex, is Wat Phra Kaew or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (officially known as Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram), considered to be the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand, enshrines the image of a highly revered Buddha meticulously carved from a single jade block.

Our day tour will be ended with a food tour, in which we will go beyond the tourist areas to venture out on a tour and have dinner until midnight. We will tour the streets of Bangkok in the typical and characteristic Tuk Tuk. We will visit the favorite places of the inhabitants of the city to have dinner. We will taste a wide variety of savory menus, including food from the Northeast region (Esan Food), the best Pad Thai in town and a popular Thai snack. Between bites, we will visit different sights of the ancient city and the temple area from a different perspective compared to the hectic daytime.

Day 03

Transfer to the airport and fly to Chiang Rai. Arrive in the Golden Triangle, approximately 1 hour. Check in at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant & Resort.

The hotel includes one activity per person and per day. We suggest the activity Walking with Giants, to walk with the elephants in the jungle around the property.

Day 04

Breakfast in Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort and activity with the elephants during the morning. We suggest a boat ride in the Mekong during the afternoon, visit Opium Museum, a ride in sidecar around the village or enjoy a Muay Thai class. Half board included and one activity per person and per day included.

Day 05

Breakfast at the hotel and departure from Golden Triangle on a scenic route through the mountains to Chiang Mai on a journey of approximately 4 hours. En route, we will make a short stop at the White Temple, where famous Thai artists and architects have left their particular mark.

Arrival in Chiang Mai and accommodation procedures at the hotel. We suggest visit Chiang Mai on Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the night market in the city of Chiang Mai.

Day 06

Breakfast at the hotel and full-day visit to the city. We will start with the local Warorot market, one of the most authentic in the country, full of characteristic smells and colors of Thai culture. Trishaw tour, a typical vehicle, through the streets of the city. Visit to the Wat Phra Sing Woramahawihan temple, one of the largest and most beautiful in the city; guards a sacred relic: Phra Sing.

Visit Wat Doi Suthep, a magnificently located temple perched on top of a forested mountain 1000 meters high. This sacred temple offers a spectacular view of the city, as well as a wide variety of images and frescoes. Finally, at the Wat Palad temple we will be blessed by Buddhist monks.

We finish our day with an afternoon tea at 137 Pillars House, a house built with 137 teak pillars that today houses a beautiful hotel in the middle of the city.

Day 07

Private transfer to Chiang Mai airport to take the flight to the chosen extension.

Depending on the time of year, the islands of Samui, Phuket, Phi Phi or incredible places such as Krabi, Yao Noi, Koh Phangan, Koh Lanta or Koh Yao Yai are the ideal destination to rest.
